Agassi Graf to Develop Properties With Case's Exclusive Resorts

Sept. 25 (Bloomberg) -- Agassi Graf Development LLC, the real estate company formed by retired tennis stars Andre Agassi and Steffi Graf, is partnering with Exclusive Resorts LLC, the time- share company headed by former AOL Time Warner Chairman Steve Case, to develop ``luxury resort communities.''
Agassi, who will become a senior adviser to the company, will work with Exclusive Resorts to create resorts featuring Agassi-Graf Tennis and Fitness Centers, according to a statement by Exclusive Resorts.
Agassi, 36, retired earlier this month after a 20-year playing career that saw him win eight Grand Slam titles. He is married to Graf, 37, a former women's champion.
