In Parker we sold 7 homes in the last 6 months over 1 million, with 4 being from Pradera, 1 from The Timbers, 1 in the Colorado Golf Club for 3 million (finally), and one actually sold for full price in February for 2.2 million in Sterling Tree Farms.
