Okay here's my first post from my iPhone in 2010 and I'm not even typing this out! I can't believe I ever survived without it. I'm really excited for this year, but it seems like the calm before the storm. the market seems pretty anemic still although I think come march and April it will probably be a frantic pace just to take advantage of the tax credits that are gonna expire April 30. I don't think most people realize that they exist yet. It should be interesting!

What was my take-away?
There are still homes out there in trouble, that are over-priced and will never sell, and are destined to be short sales. Our listing on Centennial Trail in Sun Country is still by far the best deal.
